Residential Subdivisions

LTR Development Group develops residential subdivisions, and is an affiliate of Leman Property Management Co. Currently, two LTR Development Group subdivisions are under construction--Hickory Hills and Briar Ridge subdivision between California Road and the Pekin Country Club. Hickory Hills

Section V of Hickory Hills is now open on the eastern edge of Pekin along Broadway Road. This phase includes 33 new lots for upscale single-family homes, situated around two cul-de-sacs.

Hickory Hills is currently the site of 70 new homes, condominiums, and duplexes constructed during the first phases. Expected future phases will continue north and east of the current construction, with a final plat of 150 lots.

Briar Ridge

Nestled along the signature 5th and 8th holes of the Pekin Country Club, this new subdivision will offer premier lots with panoramic views of the Country Club Golf Course. Please check back in the near future for updates on this development.
