In addition to our agent-owned properties, we also provide
third-party property management services to numerous investors located
throughout the United States. We actively seek to "Enhance the Value" of each of
our investor's properties by achieving the following objectives:

Each of our officers is both a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Property Manager (CPM). This provides us with a solid foundation for effective financial
reporting and strong budgeting decisions. Each investor that chooses
Leman Property Management Co. is getting an experienced management
team that is skillful in all phases of apartment operations.

William J. Leman, CPA, CPM
Bill is the owner and CEO of Leman Property Management, and
co-founded the company with Robert B. Monge in 1982. In addition to
his work at LPMCO, Bill is a director at Morton Community Bank and
serves on various non-profit boards including Salvation Army,
TazWood Mental Health Center, Dirksen Congressional Center, and
numerous others and is a past president of the local chapter of the

David B. Leman, CPA, CPM
Dave is the President of Leman Property Management Co. In addition
to his work at LPMCO, Dave serves on various not-for-profit boards
including the Roanoke Park Board and Apostolic Christian Home of
Roanoke among others, and is a past president of the local chapter
